Aur Fundamental right hone ke karan Pratyek students ko skshit(Educated) hone ka adhikar hai. Is prakar UP Government ke dwara students ko kai tarah ke Loans aur Scholarship pradan kiya jata hai, Jo unhe apni padhai regular jari rakhne me madad karti hai.
